What if ...?

Do you ever wonder how life would be different if one thing had happened differently? What if... I hadn't crossed the street at that particular time? What if... I had a puppy when I was younger? What if... my first kiss had been sooner, or later, or with someone different? What if... my best friend had come into my life at a different point in time?

As I ponder these (and other) questions, I sometimes wonder 'what if' in my main universe, “Island Beginnings.” And so, another universe is being born. The cast of characters is the same. The story starts in almost the same way. That's where the “what if” comes in! This will be a non-traditional universe, so I urge you to read with an open mind!

As a reminder to those who are familiar with my other stories, or as a guide for those who haven't, here is the cast of the main characters and their ages at the beginning of the stories:
